- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This office was very rude. It felt like I was burdening them to even talk to them. I had to contact them to even get a proof of insurance and to make sure my payments were taken out in time. They had a technical issue, which effected my finances and didn't even bother to compensate or apologize. Not to mention, there is always poor phone etiquette when I've called. I'm giving three stars only because I am satisfied with my insurance rates from Allstate, and other offices and operators are very kind and helpful, no credit to this office. My honest review is save yourself a headache and find an agent at a different office. This office doesn't care about loosing clients, so I will do them a favor by strongly not recommending them.March 03, 2017by Rachel Mcdaniel
