- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could rate it 0 I would. They won't see me because of a family member that I don't live with or anything. It has nothing to do with me and I was never notified. The. When I was trying to figure out what I'm supposed to do now they hung up on me. They don't care about the patients they only care about how much money they can gobble up. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I love Dr. Barclay but they seriously need to get their scheduling under control. Every time I have to see the doctor I have to take time off work and each and EVERY TIME they are running 1-2 hours behind. They never call ahead of time to try and reschedule and they never tell you up front when you check in. They typically tell you AFTER you have been waiting for 30-40 minutes. They need to start realizing that over scheduling is a hardship on their clients. I lose 2+ hours of pay because I have to see a doctor. This is seriously getting to the point that I will need to find a different doctor.February 13, 2017by April Lagnevall
